I loved it. I booked superior queen room overlooking garden. The location of the hotel was peaceful and excellent, in the Puri Mesari restuarant.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to taxis or other sporting or entertainment advice. We had room which had climate control, a small balcony, and a living area and was a nice size. The breakfast was gorgeous, the check in was perfect.

The location here is lovely and beautiful, within walking distance of the beach and everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming family-owned hotel. the venue was clean and designed in a beautiful Balinese style. the staff was attentive and exceptionally helpful. the location was peaceful and magnificent, close to Pantai Semawang. the hotel is situated in a shopping area, just a short walk to the beachfront in Sanur and a quiet residential area. the poolside restaurant served outstanding food with excellent service.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main esplanade and restaurants. However, the location comes with a downside as the bathroom floor gets flooded every time you take a shower, causing inconvenience and potential safety hazards.

The hotel's cleanliness standards are lacking, with old and dirty walls, musty bedsheets, and a scruffy bathtub. The cleanliness issue is further highlighted by the presence of a cockroach outside the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the value for money here is exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a lovely place to stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the beautiful frangipani-filled gardens to the clean and comfortable rooms with their lovely little balconies, everything was just perfect. And lastly, the staff were absolutely amazing. Their service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.
